Paul, if you know the layout of the car show grounds would it be possible for you to "mark up" a showfield diagram for our event(i.e. which classes are placed where, registration booth, sign placement, etc.)? I suggest we place a poster board/sign with the class and Chrysler product equivalent vehicle on the sign as well. WE HAVE TO ASSIGN A MEMBER TO EACH CLASS to ensure proper placements.
I agree with Chas I think we will have enough on our plate for our first event removing food from our responsibility is a good idea. Once we get closer to the event I can provide # of cars in each class so if need be we can rearrange show field placement of classes.
By the way we are up to 6 registrations so far.
