The 135i makes for a nice sleeper, but the N54 is highly overrated. You need meth to make any real power.
As for the M3, don't make any major mistakes, like a smokey burnout when you take off, and you'll win easily. Next get a pulley and tune then come back when you beat a E92 M3.
