Open the latch, the windows go down. Hit the switch, beeps. Trunk is not locking.
Not sure when I will be able to get back to it, but I still am looking for answers to try.

It sounds like we have a similar issue...have you tried putting your top down manually, then putting up automatically? Mine works that way...
