I didn't get that letter, either...I wish Chrysler would mail one to me. I'm the second owner of my '05 roadster with 13K miles. My rear window fell out last summer without any warning so I very carefully reglued it with the 3M primer and window sealant after lots of tedious prep work. Would be nice to have the peace of mind that Chrysler would cover the top in case I have trouble again in the future.

Three thumbs up on the video, you made it look very easy - but I always thought you could just lift the window and unlatch the top. ALSO, I didn't think one person could do it alone. Anyway, tonight, I will try lowering and raising MY top manually!
