thats a totally incorrect statement. ceramics have less brake dust and decent stopping power. semi metallics have better braking ability and should be used with a higher hardness rotor. the best thing is to use the proper pad with the rotor
Indeed, each type has it's own advantages and disadvantages. Of course, we will differ in oppinions on this subject. So I should revise my statement:
The ceramic pads are a better choice for my requirements and application
