P S this is what a Mercedes mechanic told me, then I verified it with two more Mercedes mechanics at two different dealers
Ahhh, so when it is hot the reading is about 2 inches from the bottom. Thats a good reference point and looked like what I saw on the picture with the tape measure on it. Thanks!
