noz34me... there are millions of people out on the roads every day riding motorcycles that don't have run flats or spares for that matter, and never give it a second thought.
If it's really a thorn in your side, go to a salvage yard and pick up a spare tire and wheel out of a Mercedes SLK. Chances are you will never need it, but at least you will have the satisfaction of knowing it's there if you do.
