You could always go get some new fabric and some spray on fabric adhesive and redo it. Fabric can be had at many different places, just a matter of what you want. Spray adhesive is sold at autostores, walmart, etc. Easiest way is to start over and redo the whole thing. I have never had good luck with "patch jobs".
