James, I know you did alot of work to get prices for trophies, but if we can gte them at cost and maybe have CICCI pick up some if not all the bill, maybe we should go with Andrew. Thoughts?
I dont think the Board at CICCI is going to pick up the cost for the awards/plaques. Each Regional Group is responsible for their own events. However, Andrew does have COM graphics and is very capable of providing the items at a reduced cost. He makes no profit off the awards for the Founders Meeting and doesnt even charge for his (or Grace's) time. If his price is comparable to the quotes James has garnered then I say stick with the club's supplier because we cant go wrong there.
