Unless you guys fancy paying $784.80 from oediscountparts, I'd stick to a used one.

I looked it up manually on www.oediscountparts.com and found they offered a 25% discount (search under BODY HARDWARE-->LIFT GATE-->SPOILER-->spoiler)

Here's the rub: the motor itself is not separately serviced. I've contacted Webasto (the manufacturer of the spoiler) directly, since they're a vendor for Nissan as well. I had them run the Chrysler part number (05096800AA (which supersedes to an 05096800AC)) and they confirmed it is only available as a complete assembled unit.

Now, an option may be to find any stamping numbers on the motor and try to contact the direct manufacturer of the motor, as that is likely provided by a Tier-2 supplier to Webasto. One of the numbers on the spoiler assembly, A193 75 00 060, does not exist in any record.

But, as far as a Chrysler replacement part, it's the whole assembly only. Sadly there is no R170 part that can be had for cheaper, because this is specific to the Daimler R193/ZH chassis (aka the Crossfire)
