Battery is the 1st thing to check. You can do this by taking it out if you have to, to an auto parts store, like AutoZone, and they will check it out for you for free. If the battery is fine, then the "wheel refurbish" isn't the steering wheel, right? Ignition switch would be next to check, as well as all the fuses that are associated with the ignition. Does it turn over at all? Temp has nothing to do with starting....
