I will wait for Dealer feedback before any DIY checks. When I say wheel refurb I mean Alloy refurb and the reason I mention engine temp is because of the strange activity of the fan. Maybe the car ECU has become confused and thinks that there are problems with the engine temp (in error).
I deal with computers and BIOS stuff likes to "Not Start" if temperature problems are encountered.
