change the o ring on the dipstick tube. that will solve the issue. e/c would be a great choice for tuning as they are close by. 178mm pulley or c3 style s/c pulley has the least amount of issues as far as tuning but the 181 has the best grunt for 1/4 mile
I had this same issue and the dealer quoted me to replace the entire dipstick tube because the seal.
...I laughed at them for a minute, until they showed my that my dipstick tube was bent causing the seal to break...then I cried and told them to fix it.
