This was clearly NOT a prolonged heat affected issue, but a breakdown of the adhesive over an extended period of time, although the final falling out of this window was probably due to heat, MUST have been well broken down prior to this. I would also say that this just MAY be the car that changes the situation in the decision process for Chrysler. This could be a REAL basis of a " Class Action Suit" against Chrysler, if it is refused. ?? Anyone got any comments to make on my statement. ???
Terry,
No need to disagree with me...it seems that all of the roadsters should be included, regardless of the mileage. What I was saying is that Chrysler would probably turn you down, at least initially, as was my experience, along with a great many others. As I've stated before, they are not consistent with how they're honoring this service bulletin... A class action suit might be the only answer.
