Ok, so it's Canadian and the calibration is in miles, I'd say you have a good case of misrepresentation, basically fraud. When a car has over half as many miles on it than it would appear from the odometer you have a good case. The dealer may be innocent but that would not make him free of any fault. The bill of sale and ministry papers will show the 'kilometers' on the car when sold and that alone is proof of some fraud when they are actually miles.
What is the dealers name?
