As long as the same plug wires go back on the same spots where they were originally, and of course seated properly, you should be ok. Sometimes the plugs are not seated correctly. They should feel like they pop in when connected right. Good luck. I always make sure the plugs are numbered before taking them off and placing them back in the exact spot.
