An email I received from our Marriott Reservations Agent.....
The cutoff date for your group block is approaching on July 27, 2012.
Attached is a list of those who have booked under the group block.
If you know of anyone that has made a reservation at the hotel but perhaps failed to mention the group rate, please let me know and I will move them into the group block.
Please ensure that all of your reservations are made prior to July 27, 2012, the cutoff date, when all unreserved rooms will be released.
