motor mount has to be replaced from under the car. if he wants to remove the supercharger to get to the motor mount its a good sign you need another mechanic. you can remove the exhaust header for some room but the only easy way to get at it is to remove the engine. the mounts are installed from the factory before the engine goes in. its a very tight fit
