I agree repeat venue's could be a factor in owners numbers attending meets. As Paul has taken over the day to day running of the group, I feel the best route forward is to contact Paul directly, as I'm not sure how often he visits this fourm.

I will contat him and ask him to check the site. I'm certain he will respond to the suggestions made. He may also agree to having a few regular owners assiting in the arrangments for xfire events.

Reason for my thinking was , maybe turn out is not as good as it could be at some events due to venue/meet does not float many owners boat or done the same for a couple of years so can't be bothered. I just think it would be good for UKCrossfires to get new ideas thrown into the mix if only to gauge owners views.
As said before I am willing to put time in to help out
