Hey, is it official that the red portion of the fuel gauge doesn't illuminate? I could've sworn I would have noticed that when I purchased my car (about 1500 miles ago), since I almost only drive it at night. Plus I was unable to find any information about this problem on any SLK sites, and to the best of my knowledge, the gauges are the same.
