Wife and I took XF on a 600 mile trip this weekend and we both noticed how comfortable the driver side seat is and how uncomfotable the passenger side is. Less padding and less adjustment.

Has anyone ever converted a driver side seat to the passenger side?

I have found some local used ones, and could swap covers/parts...
