Do a search and you will see this is a common problem. It is the steering wheel lock that is jammed. Not the ignition cylinder. Save your money and don't let them replace these parts.

Some people around here say our cars are solid... and there re no "common" problems. I say that is not true. Our cars are not solid and we all suffer from the same issues. This ignition key is one of the many typical problems.
