Here's the after action report. It turns out the problem was self-inflicted. Apparently I mucked up the door seal when I was running the antenna wire for my XM radio. They re-seated the door seal and checked the window alignment for me. Total charge for the repair was $0.

The dealer, Pence Chrysler in Ashland, VA, did an excellent job with the car and returned it to me in better condition than when I gave it to them. I think they're going to get my service business from now on.
