With 90 design builds and his years of experience in the business, even as a secondary job, we should expect him to be a little more accurate with his time management to be further along in this project. 8 to 10 months is a stretch from 8 to 10 weeks. If it was a 6 month estimate up front..there would be less crying, at least from me...maybe
If he is trying to error on the side of caution to get it done right , what is the purpose of CR2.
