You dont really need a line lock to do a burnout but it sure makes it easier. For better results, remove the 50A ABS pump fuse.
The way our brake system is set up...it WON'T work. I have a new kit... Can't meake it work...so, I haven't even tried since... As I remember it, which it has been a few years, the abs is monitored by the ECU. You need to somehow get around all the sensors, which, I really didn't want to do... It isn't needed anyway...I can do my burnouts just fine, and launch just fine.... I would sell the kit cheap if you want to give it a try...hasn't been out of the box...
