Sounds like you are in a similar position to me financially! Still, you forget about all of that as soon as you look at it.
If you are serious about getting out on the track I can let you know when I am going next - probably in the next couple of months. Cost is usually £80 to £120 (+fuel etc) for a full day. There were no takes when I posted a few months ago for Elvington. Have a go, you'll be surprised how fast these cars can actually be.
