That part I posted is all that the bulletin says. I got this from my warranty guy and have attached the full file here. It shows all of the service bulletin's for the 2005 Roadster, I am guessing my warranty company did a check that was specific to my car. I called the Chrysler dealership today and this is what he said:
It is a warranty extension good up to 100K miles. If your car has over 100K miles on it then you are unable to make a claim on this. It doesn't matter if you bought an extended warranty or not, just as long as your car is a Roadster and has less than 100K miles on it.
He did not mention a specific year model. I have an apt at 3 today to take it in and let them check it. He said you don't just automatically get a new top bc of this bulletin. They have a test they can do on the window and if it checks out ok then they won't replace it. So, it has to actually need replacing to get replaced.
