I was able to eliminate most of my issues by going to a custom wheel shop who puts out a lot of the 19-22" custom wheels and tires. My dealer recommended I go there - they send all their cars there now when they need balance - this shop has a really nice balance machine that apparently no one else wants to invest in, or they know how to use it better....but my driving has been as smooth now as it was new (except for some kind of weird times. Like after work when I first pull onto the highway, not always but once in a while, the front vibrates out of the blue. It is very weird.) But 99.5 % of the time it has been great, and I have had everything checked...the regular tire places and the dealers could NOT get the balance right. Good luck with yours. Make sure someone checks your tires to see if they have flat spots or are "out of round"...I've had that happen in the past on other cars.
