Here's a list of the restaurants within a short walking distance of the parking area. Locations are from the intersection of 13 Mile and Woodward; the park is on the north east side:
(across the street, north side)
The Avenue Family Restaurant- like Dennys/Big Boys no alcohol- sit down service
Duggans- serves many of the favorites from the places that were on Woodward "back in the day". Alcohol- bar food. WOMC Oldies radio station is usually there -sit down
Pasquales- alcohol, Italian- sit down
Potbelly-subs/sandwiches, pop

(across the street south side Northwoodward shopping center)
Leo's Coney Island- no alcohol

(across the street, south side)
Arbys
McDonald's

(park side- north)
The Red Coat Tavern- alcohol, bar food- limited menu for the WDC. Crowded- sit down
Burger King

(park side- south)
Chicken Shack- fried food- no alcohol- no tables- counter
Olgas
Pei Wei Asian Grill- no alcohol -sit down service

(behind the park to the south)
White Castle
