Ok.. I tried the search function.. No luck.. I'm trying to remove the coolant reservoir enough to get it out of the way of the Passenger Side High Beam Headlight... I need to replace the bulb...

I removed the two nuts that appear to hold the tank in place, but it won't budge. There is a Post on the bottom with a grommet.

Does the tank simply pull off of the grommet? or is there a trick I haven't discovered yet? I've pulled on it hard enough that I'm afraid I'll break the tank... Any help?
