If she is going to keep the car for say another 20k miles, then I would look at changing fluids and such. There are specific fluids for the car. But if she isn't going to do that and car is running fine, fluid levels are normal, I would just drive it. At 100K plugs, and all fluids would certainly need replaced. But, a shop that does foreign, especially German cars, is where I would go for whatever you can't do yourself. Changing air filters, and oil is pretty straight forward. I would stay away from Chrysler dealerships unless you know who you are dealing with in the service dept.
