Recently ran over a bump that riped off my Front Drivers Side Jack Lift Point Pad, I was pretty worried, I think I also messed up my alignment!

I just sent in a request to my dealer for the replacement pad - anybody have other recommendations as to where I can find one for a moderate price? I am seeing them int he $50 range...
