Twist the hoses off or use a small pry bar. Come on.... you give up too easily my friend. You cant be getting rusty just yet at age 27
I have found that using some pliers on the stuck hose and twisting back and forth slightly until free works. Then you can use a flat screwdriver to force the hose off the fitting.
( after time, the rubber sticks to the metal where the clamp is applying pressure )
