I ran a 65mm supercharger pulley for over a year with no problems. A little hot at the track but nothing too bad. To give you an idea what your facing, at a 1/2 mile event with a 178 pulley, supercooler, spraying water/meth I hit 180º IAT's at 140 mph. By the time I slowed to 40 for the return straight the IAT's were about 135º. They drop fast but keeping them from climbing is proving real difficult. Someone needs to find a way to cool the lifter valley where the intercooler lives.
