Very sorry for the loss. However, I would suggest removing her contact info, and just saying it's available. The web is crawling with scammers and other bad people looking for email and phone #'s... They don't need to be bothering her, especially right now.
closer9 is probably right, internet bots could grab Tiffany's contact info. You should probably remove it.
