I had to trim the silicone Y for the DCAI on my car but that won't help you now, or will it? I put the hose clamp on the outside and used it to guide a razon blade and took off 1/4" more or less, on the throttle body end so it would clear the booster hose. Well, it still touches but it solved my problem. It seems there's slight variations from car to car.

Yeah, I cut off all that I dare on the "Y". It still touches, but not nearly as much. But the damn tube will not lock/snap into the S/C. I even replaced the little cap on the S/C port that I thought was suppose to retain the tube...grrrrrrr.
