Am I the only one who thinks this apology is weak? Started out great but in the same paragraph it complains about the missing parts. Closes the first para with much smaller type, geeze a compliment? Second para missing something before the sentence that should have been there after a sincere apology IMHO. Sometimes people are busy, please remember Paypal allows for a long time frame to file any complaint to prevent exactly what happened here. Maybe everyone should learn something from this affair? And yes, I had to jump in with my $0.02 worth.
