I wouldn't send a money order or cash to anyone.... it they can't ship it first. Either paypal or the part first, or don't buy it..... People who work don't always jump right on shipping things out...just human nature...but good communication is necessary... Randy is a stand up guy...and will pay... He just wanted to be kept in the loop. As for the other guy...you didn't get what you were suppose to recieve which was the brake light...he sent turn signals...so, he knew what he did, and I would pursue it...and he should be banned from this site.... Give his info to the police in his hometown...let them run a check on him to see if he is doing this on all car forums...so he can be shut down...I doubt your local police will do anything...good luck...but give us all the info on him...so we can have some fun too...what goes around comes around...two can play that game...
