Okay.. lets toss this out.. the idea of accessing the skreem is to unplug it so backup battery from alarm doesn't keep it juiced. Now if a person were to unplug the alarm.. (much easier to get too) along with the main battery itself.. and as a "complete" discharge.. turn the key to run position.. wouldn't you accomplish the objective?
