HiVis + First Aid Kit must be in the passenger cabin not the boot
Documentation you must take,
Passport (obviously)
Driving licence (both card and paper)
Certificate of Insurance, MOT, V5 (must be originals, not copies)
Credit card pref Mastercard as many petrol stations mainly off motorways are going to card only service and many do not except UK Visa, some don't except UK debit cards. None except those top up before you go card things what ever they are called.
CASH, if you intend to break the speed limits and you get caught it's on the spot fine and it has to be cash, in some cases they will take your car if you can not pay the fine. speeding fines start at 90euro's and got up 750euro's, so don't get caught
