Default Re: "04" crossfire stalls when warmed up

I had the very same problem with mine. She would start, run and then die when warm. Leave her for 45 mins then she would start with the engine management light on and die again. If you disconnect the battery overnight the management light goes out, she starts and runs, then when warm just dies but will crank over on the starter but not fire up till cooler some 45mins later.
The answer a very easy and takes 15 minutes to replace of the Relay Control Module (RCM).
Next to the battery there is a black oblong box, open it by sliding the two locking switches and inside the box nearest the engine is a control module about 10 inches by 2 inches with 6 connectors and is identified with an orange 40amp fuse and numerous blue fuses.
This clips out and if replaced solves your problem.
There is a stunning guide on these forums under

that guides you through its repair - I tried but it didnt work for me so I bought a second hand breakers part for £75 from scrapdoc1139 on ebay based in Lancashire UK and their address is William Entwisle
