How to test

From a cold start, like 6-8 hours since you tried it
Key in turn to on, no start, with all of the dash lights on-wait 10 seconds.
Turn key off
Key in turn to on, no start, with all of the dash lights on-wait 10 seconds.
Turn key off
Key in turn to on, no start, with all of the dash lights on-wait 10 seconds.
Turn key off

Now start car as usual, does it fire up ok??? If so the fuel filter is not holding its PRIME{pressure}.

You started the pump three times above and primed it. If it starts after priming, contact ROB and get another fuel pressure regulator/filter canister.


DOES NOT SOUND LIKE THE BATTERY, to me.
