GT-R was the exception, those things simply snacked on whatever they lined up against.
My 5.7 Cherokee with AWD was a much better fit than the rear wheel drive car. Again, not running an intercooler, but spraying water/meth, I could sit at the line and hold it on the torque converter stall, and be making almost 5lbs of boost before coming off the line. It would come out of the hole like a rocket. Stock, it was 0-60 in about 6.5 seconds, with turbo, 0-60 in about 4.2 seconds. Quarter mile stock was about 94-96. With turbo I had pulled a 12.7 at 112. 7-8 lbs boost, no intercooler.
