Hmm - Really? Seems I have an old four port 13B in my 1980 RX7. The engine is naturally aspirated and 1.3 liters - pushing 220 HP. You could say your engine is the most powerful "reciprocating" engine, but the Wankel reigns supreme from a power to size perspective.
