All the other lights work, including the brake so it seems to just be the connection to the tailight portion of the bulb... i'll give it a smack though just to see
The brake light is not on the same circuit as the tail light, but if the front right parking light and both right side markers work then the ICM is not your problem.
The right parking light, right tail light, and both right markers are on the same circuit. Same goes for the left side. So if the ICM is bad one whole side will go out except for headlights and brake lights.
I do believe each light has it's own ground wire so i would ensure that all grounds are connected properly. A volt meter across the socket contacts would help a lot.
