Yup, just like many of you here, the driver's side fog light cap is off. I noticed this a couple of days ago. It doesn't look like anything is damaged (fog light still works), but cap may need to be snapped back into place.

I wasn't sure if I'd find a thread about this here on the forum, but low and behold...thanks all.
