UPDATE 11-24-12 The guy that I had the trouble with over two months ago has reappeared. He has actually made good on the deal and refunded my money. He said there was a shipping mistake and that he would send me a replacement money order. He did exactly that. I cashed the money order today. Mods please un ban him if that is possible. I didn't expect a pleasant resolve to this but it did happen. Thanks to Balian for doing the right thing.
