Am I the only one that sees a very grey area here for the insurance company? "Pending failure" vrs. covered repair..
All parts on the car are a pending failure..

After my daughters heated seats shorted and caught fire..YES - CAUGHT FIRE.. and the extended warranty company covered the repair.. OF THE HEATER ELEMENT ONLY.. I just have little faith in anything short of black and white.
