The Crossfire is currently in upstate New York, and should be on a transport truck by Wed or Thur. I was prepared to fly up and drive it home, but that plan fell through when the check was delayed. I really don't want to drive 1K miles through the winter and risk ending up in a ditch anway, so it's probably for the best.

I ended up staying with the same color and of course it's an SRT6. If everything goes as planned, I should take possession the week of the 17th. I guess I can gift wrap my 61MM pulley so that I have something to look forward to on the 25th.

The car was supposedly owned by a collector, who died earlier this year. After he passed earlier this year, his daughter titled it in her name and then sold it to the dealership I bought it from. However, 3 months ago the car was sold to a lady that didn't reallize these cars aren't that great in the snow. As a result, she installed new all season Michelin tires, and when that didn't make it a snow-machine, she traded it in at the same dealership in November.

Anyway, I hope I didn't bore you all to death with the details. It will be great to be out of the rental and back behind the wheel of a SSB SRT6.
3,901 miles SWEET.
