This is one of the easiest thing to photoshop, the old mirror image flip.
Most likely the dealer inadvertently flipped that photo.
My engine bay :
here is a pic of my engine bay and the rad. header tank is on the opp. side to the battery... on the one in kens pic it is on the same side so it is probably as pictured...as for the brake master cylinder ??????....strange....
